Our cuvée

of CHATEAU HAUT GRAND CHAMP, red wine, is a blend of ripe aromatic grapes from our best plots of MERLOT, and CABERNET-SAUVIGNON of average 20 years old.

It is a pleasure wine whose nose, explosive with red and black fruits, develops aromas of raspberry and morello cherry.
The palate is delicious, harmonious, with silky tannins and a beautiful balance.

Vineyard: around 20 yeard old, controlled sodding, sustainable crop, meticulous stripping, average yield of 50 HL/ha

Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel tanks, pneumatic press

Tasting: taste around 16-18°C
