Our cuvée

 of CHATEAU HAUT-FAURES, red wine, is a blend of ripe aromatic grapes from our best plots of MERLOT, CABERNET-SAUVIGNON and CABERNET-FRANC of average 20 years old.
The nose, explosive of fruit, reveals strawberry and blueberry flavours.

The mooth is greedy, harmonious with a nice balance.

  • 30% Cabernet-Sauvignon
  • 10% Cabernet Franc

Vineyard: around 20 yeard old, controlled sodding, sustainable crop, meticulous stripping, average yield of 50 HL/ha

Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel tanks, pneumatic press

Environmental approach: HVE3 certification

Tasting: taste around 16-18°C
