direct pressing « rosé », is a blend of ripe aromatic grapes from our best plots of MERLOT, MALBEC and CABERNET FRANC of average 25 years old.
Strawberry and raspberry flavours are mixed with candy notes.
With a nice acidity, the greedy mouth combines with elegance volume and juicy notes.
- 55% Merlot
- 10% Malbec
- 35% Cabernet Franc
Vineyard : around 25 yeard old, controlled sodding, sustainable crop, meticulous stripping, yield of around 50 HL/ha
Vinification : direct pressing by pneumatic press, fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks
Environmental approach : HVE3 certification, conversion to biological agriculture in progress
Tasting : taste around 8-10°C
