Our cuvée

of  DOMAINE ROCHE AOC COTES DU RHONE, is a blend of ripe aromatic grape from our best plots of GRENACHE, SYRAH and CARIGNAN NOIR of average 30 years old.

It’s a wine with an explosion of fruit with aromas of strawberry and black berry and spicy notes.
The mouth is silky and greedy, with a great drinkability, a good lenght and an harmonious aftertaste.

Vineyard : around 30 years old, yield of average 40 HL/ha

Vinification : fermentation in stainless steel and concrete tanks, ageing in concrete tanks
