Our cuvée

of CHATEAU DE COUDOT is a blend of ripe aromatic grape from our best plots of CABERNET-SAUVIGNON and MERLOT of average 40 years old.

Notes of red and dark berries are combinated with subtles flavours of tobacco end chocolate aromas.

The mouth, is fresh, full, fleshy, greedy with velvet tanins and a nice lenght.

  • 60% Cabernet-Sauvignon
  • 40% Merlot

Vineyard : around 40 yeard old, yield of average 45 HL/ha.

Vinification : fermentation in concrete tanks, vertical pressing.

Elevage : in high quality french oak barrels.

Tasting : taste around 16-18°C , open the bottle if possible 1 hour before serve
